José Gabriel is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. He currently leads the department responsible for advising the country’s main industrial and export groups, as well as prominent trade associations, municipalities, and state ministries.

With a notable career, José Gabriel has held leadership and representative roles in various institutions and organizations. He was a member of the National Fisheries Development Council from 2008 to 2009, where he contributed to the development and regulation of the national fishing industry. Later, he served on the Board of Directors of CORPEI from 2009 to 2013, providing his expertise in promoting foreign investment and trade.

José Gabriel has also made significant contributions in the financial sector, serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Banco del Pacífico and Banco del Pacífico Panamá from 2013 to 2014. His leadership extended into the business sector, where he acted as Chairman of the Board of ALMAGRO and as a member of the Board of Directors of Pacificard S.A., contributing to the strategic growth and management of these organizations.
